Insurance products (Life, IUL, Final Expense, Mortgage Protection) are offered through the licensed insurance producer(s) identified in the site footer (currently Bernardo Vasquez, NPN: 22162465); Alianza Financial Services LLC is the marketing name under which these services are offered. Availability, rates, and guarantees vary by state, carrier, and individual qualification. Indexed Universal Life (IUL) is permanent life insurance; it is not a securities investment, not a bank deposit, and not FDIC-insured. Illustrated non-guaranteed values are hypothetical.
Our credit-repair services help you review and dispute information on your credit report. We cannot remove accurate, current, and verifiable information, and we do not guarantee any specific increase in your credit score. You have the right to dispute inaccurate information yourself at no cost, and the right to cancel your contract within 3 business days of signing, in accordance with the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA).
Alianza Financial Services LLC is not a lender, bank, or loan originator. We act solely as a referral service: we connect you with third-party lenders, banks, or financial institutions who independently evaluate and, if applicable, approve your request. Approval decisions, rates, amounts, and terms are determined exclusively by the relevant lender based on its own evaluation and underwriting.
Compensation disclosure: Alianza Financial Services LLC may receive a referral fee or commission from the lender when your request is approved or the loan is originated. This compensation is not an additional cost to you and does not influence which lender we refer you to. This referral relationship may not be available, or may require additional state licensing/registration, in certain states; loan services are subject to availability based on your location. Alianza Financial Services LLC does not prepare tax returns. We act solely as a referral service: we connect you with independent, third-party tax professionals who are solely responsible for the preparation, accuracy, and filing of your tax return. We may receive a referral fee or commission when you use a referred tax professional's services, at no additional cost to you. We do not guarantee any refund amount or specific tax outcome. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for your tax filings with the IRS and state authorities.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information, to use the Site lawfully, and not to submit false information, interfere with the Site's operation or security, or infringe the rights of third parties.
All content on the Site is owned by the Company or its licensors and is protected by United States intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute the content without prior written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed $100 USD or the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from claims arising out of your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
This section affects your legal rights. Disputes will be resolved through binding individual arbitration, with a waiver of jury trial and class actions, except for non-waivable statutory rights. You may opt out within 30 days of accepting these Terms by sending notice to info@myalianza.com.
